The Garden Party is an intimate festival set to run on Saturday 9th June in the beautiful 18th Century walled garden of Ballinlough Castle, County Meath. This 12 hour fest already has a line-up to be proud of, with many more acts to be announced. So far on the bill are headliners, the legendary Pet Shop Boys, the equally legendary Carl Cox and one of the hottest dance acts of the last few years, Hot Chip (Live). All this plus Vitalic, Andrew Weatherall, Switch, Charles Webster, Donnacha Costello, Bodytonic Sound System plus plenty more on the cards. Le Cheile Oldcastle Festival, 5th & 6th August 2007
5th & 6th August 2007 Le Cheile Oldcastle Festival
Le Cheile

"It's small but its heart is in the right place. Co Meath's Le Chéile festival (based in Oldcastle) has been doggedly going about its business for several years. Primarily an arts and music festival, it might not have the budget of city-based events (and it certainly doesn't seem to have the sponsorship), but it manages nonetheless to come up with the goods...
The venues are intimate but the atmosphere is excellent..."

Tony Clayton-Lea (The Irish Times)
